About Angel Bou

I help organizations move from experimenting with AI to redesigning how they create value. We are in the middle of a structural shift: intelligence is becoming embedded into workflows, and companies must evolve from labor-driven models to scalable, AI-native operating systems. The winners won't be those who adopt tools fastest — but those who redesign around them. For over 15 years, I've led digital and AI transformation across tech, SaaS, and financial services — operating at the intersection of strategy, operating model design, and disciplined execution. My focus is moving GenAI beyond pilots: embedding it into product, operations, and commercial engines through structured programs that deliver measurable business impact. As Founder & CEO of Simplr, I redesigned traditional business models into everything-as-a-service architectures — building the full operating model, governance, and go-to-market engine from scratch, for SMEs and global corporations alike. Before that, I led transformation engagements across a large European VC portfolio, and held senior roles at scaleups and high-growth US tech companies, developing deep expertise in enterprise GTM and cross-regional program execution.Technology doesn't transform companies. Clarity, structure, and disciplined execution do.
