I am a SBA Sr. Closing Specialist at Capital Bank, N.A, where I have been working for several years. My key role is to help small businesses obtain SBA loans, which are government-backed loans that offer favorable terms and conditions. I participate in every step of the loan closing process, from preparing and reviewing loan documents, to ensuring compliance with SBA and bank policies and procedures, to coordinating with borrowers, lenders, title companies, and attorneys. I manage the loan pipeline and resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process. I also provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with all parties involved. I have over twenty years of banking experience in Commercial and SBA loan closing, and I have developed a strong expertise in real estate lending and government loans. I have excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills, which enable me to manage complex and challenging situations. I am passionate about supporting small businesses and helping them achieve their goals.
