I love to interact with people. I'm very social. I love to talk and laugh. I have great customer service. I recently worked at Family Care Specialist as a patient service representative for Covenant Health. I scheduled appointments, transferred calls, mailed out physical paperwork, and anything I could do to help make my other co-workers jobs easier if I was completely done with all of my work. I was enrolled at Virginia College to further my education and get my diploma as a Medical Assistant, but my school got closed down. Once I get a better job, I will continue my education. I want to become a MA because I love to interact with other people and have one on one patient connection. Being in the medical field has always been a huge goal for me. So, by me coming this far and already having one foot in the door working with Covenant Health makes me so excited and ready to learn and experience new things!
