Safe Harbor Marinas, the largest owner and operator of marinas in the world, entrusted me with the role of Business Manager three years ago. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, I provide exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure their safety and satisfaction. I also manage the hiring, training, and supervision of the dock staff, and handle various administrative and operational tasks. My passion for the maritime industry and my diverse background have prepared me for this challenging and rewarding position. Prior to joining Safe Harbor Marinas, I spent six and a half years as a General Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where I learned the ins and outs of restaurant management, culinary skills, inventory control, and quality assurance. I have a degree in Business Administration and Management from Mountain State University, and I am fluent in English and Spanish. My goal is to continue to grow and excel in this field, and to contribute to the success and growth of Safe Harbor Marinas.
