I'm a seasoned educator and non-profit professional with over a decade of experience in program design and management, event planning, donor stewardship, corporate and institutional fundraising, volunteer management, and grant writing. My dream is that we will realize Reproductive Justice & Health Equity in my lifetime. This dream led me to become a birth worker in 2019. You are the BOSS of your birth, and I am committed to helping you prepare for and have the birth you want, without judgment. As the expert of your body, you have everything within you needed to birth your baby. Once you have evidence-based information and mindfulness practices, you can BASK in your pregnancy by dedicating time to connect with your breath, body, and baby. Allow me to help you BASK during this transformational moment in your life! I'll focus on you, providing the advocacy strategies and emotional and informational support you need to birth with confidence. I'll teach you how to advocate for your birth preferences and how to interview and select a supportive medical provider and postpartum support squad. My goal is to be a calming presence, helping you to greet parenthood with a strong sense of confidence and comfort in your new role.
