About Angela Boger

My name is Angie and I am a Customer Success Specialist at Swipesum, a leading payment consulting company that helps businesses optimize their payment processing. I have been successful in using my 12+ years of experience as an educator to become a highly effective Customer Success professional. As a Customer Success Specialist, I am responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting clients with the use of Swipesum's software and services. I use my skills to manage client accounts and track their progress and satisfaction. Because I am very detail oriented, I am effective in identifying areas in the customer journey and experience to improve. I also use my educator background to create and deliver engaging and effective training modules, videos, and resources that suit different learning styles and preferences. I am driven by the mission of creating value for the company and the customer, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and impact.
