As a Senior Consultant at Centre for Vision & Leadership, I leverage my 10+ years of consulting experience and my diverse background in change and culture transformation, communications and stakeholder engagement, sales and marketing, human resources and business development to deliver impactful solutions for my clients. My current focus is transformational change leadership and executive team development, where I provide coaching, facilitation, and customized leadership capability solutions to a range of large and small organizations. I have a passion for improving life for whānau and communities through helping people and organisations achieve their goals and realise their potential. My areas of expertise include culture and change leadership, executive leadership and organisational development, strategy, vision and values, and business planning. I have been fortunate to work with a range of great organisations across the public, private and not for profit sectors and have successfully delivered measurable results and desired outcomes.
