Background

About Angela C.

Holding a license as a Certified Public Accountant means I have the knowledge to handle most aspects in the realm of accounting, but I offer much more than technical expertise. I have continuously worked in an office environment since starting out as an administrative assistant in an engineering firm at the age of 16. Working as a professional for 20 years, I have learned how to:· Embrace change and advocate process improvement. When managing work and/or personal responsibilities, it is counterproductive to do things inefficiently or expend energy on deflecting change. · Be self-sufficient, but cognizant of my limits. I love solving problems on my own but don’t mind asking for help. · Inspire collaboration and promote transparency. I am dedicated to developing a team-oriented work environment where everyone works towards a common goal or vision. Building a strong team promotes innovation and productivity and introduces the important concept of accountability. · Communicate to my audience. I have worked with a wide variety of individuals and have a proven ability to convey complex information into an easily understood format. · Build relationships. My client service approach, both for internal and external customers, is built on listening and doing the right thing. I strive to be a trusted advisor.
