Zig Ziegler said it best, “You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” My main goal over the past 12 years of working in the construction industry has been not to be your stereotypical sales representative. I contributed receiving the Sales Excellence award for being 129% of the yearly budget and being one of the top three sales representatives in my markets over the past several years with 152% and 137% to plan to my relationship/ partner-based approach. This approach has also led me to introduce a builders program to my market focusing on alternative building materials. Each system has been carefully selected for its sustainable, durability, and energy efficiency. These include: • Nudura ICF for disaster-prone areas • Dryvit Systems exterior paint coatings that have a 10-year color fade for beach markets • Rustoleum’s interior mold and mildew proof coating for the damp and humid areas. • AcryLabs Island Style Roof for a hurricane and fire-resistant roof.
