About Angela Colmorgen

I’m a senior operations leader focused on scaling complex, global processes into systems that hold up under real-world pressure.Across financial services and global operations, I’ve led large-scale transformations, standardized fragmented regional models, and delivered change in highly regulated environments with aggressive timelines. My work typically sits at the intersection of:Global operations and governanceProcess re-engineering and standardizationRisk, controls, and execution disciplineLeading teams through ambiguity and changeI’m known for seeing where processes quietly break at scale and fixing them before they become enterprise problems.Alongside my corporate leadership role, I’m currently incubating an AI-enabled wellness operations platform, focused on planning, tracking, and behavioral adherence. The work centers on system design, onboarding logic, and responsible AI integration. Early-stage, intentionally.I value clarity, accountability, and building systems that last. Open to conversations around senior operations leadership, transformation, and AI-enabled operational design.
