As an accomplished leader, I have ten years of experience in guiding transformational initiatives for diverse nonprofits in human services, arts and culture, and higher education. During my time as the Interim Vice Chancellor of External Affairs at Indiana University East, I was entrusted with leading the Advancement, Marketing, and Communications functions, overseeing a team of 13 full-time employees and five freelancers. I’ve developed the capacity to drive successful fundraising endeavors through pinpointing opportunities to engage high-value potential donors in organizations to establish thresholds for presenting the right asks at the right times. Recognized for using data analytics to support critical decisions, I have cultivated donors, secured major gifts, and oversaw fundraising campaigns and events through the use of data interpretation. I am a strategic expert with a keen focus on developing and maintaining relationships with donors to increase engagement and philanthropic support.
