As a Senior Military Recruiter at the Army National Guard, I leverage my expertise in talent acquisition and leadership development to identify, engage, and mentor qualified candidates for enlistment. I conduct interviews, evaluations, and assessments to match applicants with the best military career paths, implementing innovative recruitment strategies to meet and exceed mission objectives. In addition to my role as a recruiter, I also served as a Senior Human Resources Officer, overseeing the processing of over military personnel, Department of Defense Civilians, and Contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
