My finance and accounting background includes working both in the private and public professions giving me a unique perspective when helping businesses. My experience includes tax, accounting and management experience with a strategic overall business perspective. My experience includes management and coordination of all aspects related to financial reporting and analysis, tax return preparation, general ledger, budgeting, cash management, internal controls, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. I also have experience working with mergers and acquisitions. My history includes working in a variety of accounting software systems including NetSuite, Great Plains, Oracle and QuickBooks. Personal characteristics include strong management skills, strong organizational skills, multi-task oriented, ability to communicate with all levels in an organization, and strong computer skills.
