About Angela Hampton

Angela M. Hampton practices in the area of civil defense litigation and represents clients in a broad range of matters before state and federal courts. Ms. Hampton’s practice focuses primarily on toxic tort and products liability litigation in a number of industries. Ms. Hampton is an Army combat medic veteran. She has her Bachelors in history and political science and Masters in Education with teaching credentials in California and Texas. She earned her Juris Doctorate at Thomas Jefferson School of Law on a full merit-based scholarship where she was a member of the school’s Moot Court Honor Society. She passed the July 2017 bar exam and is licensed to practice law in the state of California. Ms. Hampton is the author of “Speculative Expert Opinion”, “Proving Future Medical Expenses”, “State Legislation Sets New Habeas Evidence Standard”, and “People v Sanchez: Limiting Hearsay Through Experts” all published in Trial Bar News, the Journal of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. Ms. Hampton is active in the San Diego legal community. She is an Associate in the Louis M. Welsh Inn of Court. She is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and Lawyers Club of San Diego.
