Il mio percorso in Decathlon inizia 2007, nel corso di questi anni ho svolto diversi ruoli nella filiera retail sia in Italia che in Francia. Dal 2011 al 2014 sono stata direttrice commerciale sport dal 2014 al 2019 ho lavorato nell’area HR dal 2019 al 2021, Leader Decathlon B2B del territorio Monza Brianza, qui ho collaborato con le diverse entità territoriali, come scuole, associazioni sportive e aziende ed è proprio a queste ultime che sono rimasta legata. Dal 2021 ad oggi ricopro il ruolo di Business Developer Company per Decathlon Italia ed insieme al Team B2B, ho dato vita ad un nuovo progetto che vede la collaborazione tra Decathlon Italia ed il mondo delle Aziende, nello specifico quelle del settore: turistico, welfare-wellbeing, medico riabilitativo e marketing-eventi. Adoro e pratico sport nello specifico TRIATHLON, CICLISMO SU STRADA, RUNNING E NUOTO. Mi piace l’allenamento ed avere obiettivi sempre nuovi da raggiungere!
