About Angela Mayer

If you’re looking for someone with deep experience in the Circular Economy and a track record of delivering meaningful impact, let’s connect. I am a results-driven Program Manager and Circular Economy specialist, with 17+ years of experience across sustainability, stakeholder engagement, program management, and behaviour change. I bring proven expertise in driving cross-sector collaborations, developing no fuss impact frameworks, and delivering high-impact environmental programs across the private, non-profit, and government sectors. I thrive in supporting teams to not only deliver but grow in the process. With that growth, I know how to secure the funding to scale achievements further. I have a strong record of leading global initiatives that generate measurable environmental and community benefits, and I have presented those impacts at national and international forums. Over the past four years, I have focused on developing circular solutions for plastic packaging in remote communities across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. By engaging global stakeholders, I have led initiatives to reduce environmental impact on people and nature while aligning with corporate sustainability goals. My strengths are strategic leadership, program management, stakeholder and community engagement, team leadership and a strong understanding of plastic pollution landscape across Oceania and globally.
