I have been a successfully motivating clinical leader in several difficult states and played a instrumental part in turning troubled facilities around creating a strong foundational clinical team. I enjoy making a positive difference each and everyday. I was progressively promoted within Sava Senior Care through out my teniored employement. Starting out as a Sales and Marketing Liason initially then accepting a Director of Nursing Services Position to which I was very successful in turn it led to promotion to Regional Director of Clinical Services Position that covered 14 facilities across 4 states. This eventually led to a Senior Regional Clinical Director And lastly promoted to Senior Divisional Director of Clinical Services which covers 5 states and 18 facilities. I have extensive experience in managing multiple facilities across multiple states. I am well versed in both Federal and State regulations. I currently maintain both a Georgia and Alabama nursing licensed. I actively supported 18 facilities across 5 states (GA, AL, TN, SC & MS). I made a career change to Grace Health Care in 2014 assuming the role of the Director of Regulatory Compliance overseeing 43 facilities across 10 states- serving as a supervisor to 9 regional nurses as well as providing regulatory support for facilities. Very well versed in 5 star management and improvement trending. In 2020 I accepted a position with Diversicare as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations: I support 31 facilities with direct supervision of 7 Regional Directors of Clinical Operations covering states TX, MS, MO and KS. Now In 2021 I’ve been given yet another opportunity of Professional growth as a VP of Clinical Services supporting SNF/ALFs in GA/MA/OH/FL/NY.
