As a queer filipina-mexican therapist, I'm here to create a safe and inclusive space for folks of all intersections, with a primary focus on those at the intersections of BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+. Embracing a client's natural strengths, we work together to rediscover and reconstruct personal narratives, nurturing trust within their body, mind, and spirit. I support clients around topics of anti-oppression, grief, sexuality, life transitions, intersectional identities, relationship difficulties, and trauma. My approach is strengths-based, relational, client-centered, and psychodynamic, focusing on uncovering a client's most authentic, self-compassionate, and whole self.
