Giving the insurer and insured my advanced skills and compassion, when working their claims. With expert skills in restoration and knowledge and skills of firefighting and hands-on practice, I will be ready for any claims challenge that comes my way. I’m ready to gear up and ready to lead your claims! Currently working at Sedgwick expanding my knowledge and sharing my empathy and skills as a Personal Property Adjuster.( Caring Counts ) Experienced Fire and Contents restoration manager with proven experience in planning and coordinating residential and commercial Fire jobs, such as determining the type of loss it is and how to proceed and what type of services I needed to offer in order to perform a successful restoration job to get our families and businesses back to pre-loss conditions. Expert level at performing non-salvage inspections and inventory of personal property. Expert level at writing and reviewing personal property estimates. Strong expertise in developing a sense of trust and relationship with the families and their insurance groups to make their experience a little easier for them during their catastrophe. I have studied contents and fire restoration and taken courses even further with some firefighting courses. Compassion is my definition of me!
