About Angela Noud

I have worked at Every Child's Hope for 16 years. I began as a Case Manager in 2009 providing day-to-day case management services to a caseload of 12-14 youth. I was responsible for developing treatment plans, attending court hearing, participating in IEP meetings, coordinating services for each youth to ensure that all of their needs were being met. In 2013, I transitioned to a Lead Case Manager which allowed me to supervise an additional 4 case managers while continuing case management for a small caseload of 4-5 youth. Over time, I slowly transitioned to more of a supervisor role and no longer provided direct case management services. In 2025, my title was officially changed to Residential Treatment Operations Manager after operating in this manner for a couple of years. I currently manage the day to day operations of a Trauma-Informed Residential Treatment facility that provides care for 30 youth ranging in age from 11-18. I assist the Residential Treatment Clinical Director and collaborate with various departments to ensure that the youth in our care have all of their needs met to become healthier individuals. I work closely with the psychiatry and medical departments providing oversight to the nursing staff. I supervise the case management department, administrative assistants for residential treatment, and the crisis intervention team. I also work closely with the Facilities and Information Technology Departments.
