About Angela Pascarella

I am a recent graduate from Ryerson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. I am working towards becoming a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers. I have extensive volunteer experience ranging from working with adults with intellectual disabilities to working with at risk youth between the ages of 14-25. I have past volunteer experience working at Community Living Toronto working in the Adult Protective Services department where I managed the entire case management function for 3 clients. In addition, I have past volunteer experience working at Pathways to Education-Lawrence Heights in the mentoring department. I have a solid understanding of the Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Programs and many other government programs/resources. Furthermore, I have also volunteered in many elementary schools assisting with a variety of tasks including peer mentoring and aiding children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My current jobs as an Developmental Support Worker at Kennedy House Youth Services and Residential Support Worker at Community Living York South allows me to work one-on-one with client's in a group home setting with daily tasks. I have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle. I have an up to date Police Check, CPI and CPR training.
