About Angela Perisic

Throughout my two decades of service at United Way of Greater Stark County, I have been driven by a passion for helping those in need. As the President and CEO, I am passionate about creating a community where all children and families have the opportunity to thrive and succeed. In Stark County, one in five children live in households at or near poverty, which means that many of the children who live just miles away from us are not getting the support they need to prepare for school. At United Way of Greater Stark County, we believe that every child deserves an equal chance to succeed. We are committed to supporting children and their hard-working families who struggle to afford basic necessities, and by joining hands, we can break the cycle of poverty and give every child the opportunity to reach their full potential. When children thrive, communities thrive, and our goal is to unite people around this shared vision and work together to build a brighter future for our children.
