About Angela Powell Quick

I rejoined the workforce after two years of raising my children full-time. I am currently Executive Assistant to Todd Holtzman at Holtzman Propane in Mount Jackson, VA. My duties include email and calendar management, job costing for multiple accounts, travel scheduling and booking, personal errands, job site planning and management, and standard office duties. Before Covid, I spent seven years building my brand with McDonald's. I began my career with the Boxley organization as a shift manager, but was rapidly promoted to Assistant Manager then Store Manager within my first six months. I helped open a newly constructed location, and spent three years as the Store Manager there before being promoted to Training Supervisor for the 450-employee organization. I was honored with back-to-back annual Outstanding General Manager awards from McDonald's (Top 10% in operations & hospitality in the Baltimore-Washington region) as well as several financial and customer service centric awards within the Boxley organization during my tenure as a store manager. As Training Supervisor, I developed myself and my talents in that capacity for three years. I spent my time creating and teaching training classes, working one-on-one with employees, mentoring crew and managers, and conducting weekly WOW! orientation sessions.
