Calm, focused, and purpose-driven—I lead with intention to improve systems, empower people, and deliver scalable solutions. I’m known for guiding teams through change, solving complex problems with empathy, and creating lasting impact. At SCTE, I lead Customer Care operations supporting members across the cable and broadband industry. Over the past decade, I’ve driven system migrations, redesigned workflows, and partnered cross-functionally to exceed growth goals. I’m passionate about mentoring others, documenting processes, and using data to fuel continuous improvement. I also serve on my organization's Core Values Team and Data Integrity Advisory Group to align operations with our company's mission and set data quality standards. With dual degrees in History and Secondary Education from Saint Joseph’s University, a Project Management Certification from Penn State, and an MBA in progress, I am committed to creating meaningful outcomes by bringing strategy, structure, and purpose to everything I build.
