About Angela Ritchie

Private Personal Assistant with over 20 years’ experience working at Board Level. Confident, competent, adaptable, friendly, positive with a “can do” attitude and strong organizational skills with the ability to learn quickly on the job with no or very little supervision. Fully independent, self-starter with a strong and self-disciplined work ethic. I have worked for Capgemini for 30 years, starting as a senior sales secretary looking after two Sales Managers and their respective teams. I was swiftly promoted to PA to an Associate Director and Divisional Director. Shortly after, I was asked to take a leap of faith straight to the top of the organisation to look after Tony Robinson, joint Managing Director at that time. Tony eventually became sole MD and I continued in that post until he retired 5 years later. It was at that time I found myself at a bit of crossroads. I decided to utilise my knowledge and passion in health and fitness to help persuade HR and Facilities to allow me to set-up an inhouse health and wellbeing programme, which I named Lifestyles, and ran for 2 years before being personally asked by Christine Hodgson to become her PA. We agreed on a dual role to allow me to continue running Lifestyles for a further year at which time it was effectively running itself, allowing me to focus on Christine. I provided a personal and bespoke service to Christine for 18 years in her varied roles both within Capgemini and externally. Outside of the office, health and fitness still remains my number one passion. I'm a REPS Level 3 Instructor (Register of Exercise Professionals) and have taught various classes over the past 20 years.
