About Angela Ryan

I am self-motivated, dedicated and decisive with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Demonstrate solid work ethics, possess the attitude and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, while working vigorously to meet clients needs. In addition to being flexible and responsive, I will always go the extra mile for a client; I enjoy helping people anyway I can. Developing a strong client relationship is important to me. It is just as important to me to have this same rapport with my colleagues and work as a team member. For more than twelve years, I was employed as a teaching assistant in special education. During my time in this setting I was fortunate to work with some amazing professionals, especially in the field of Occupational Therapy. This led me to pursue a career in this field, as it encompasses who I am and my strong desire to help others. I have also had experience working with the elderly in a home care setting and one of my fieldwork assignments was in a hand clinic providing Occupational Therapy services to a culturally diverse group of clients. I am confident that the skills I possess, coupled with personal initiative, dedication and a committed work ethic, would be of benefit.
