Provide overall direction and transformational executive leadership for Health Information Management services provided to hospitals and outpatient centers, achieving a balance between new technology, Health Information demands and cost effectiveness. Strategically align cross functional leadership within the Revenue Cycle to achieve operational objectives and outcomes. Work with affiliates driving standardization in HIM for integration from Legacy systems to EPIC and other EHR systems and ensures consistency in Coding Education Programs, timely regulatory updates, proper documentation standards, and adherence to compliance initiatives. I ensure policy and practice standardization in all areas of Health Information Management across all facilities. I also have responsibility for planning, organizing and directing all functions within the Health Information Management Department (HIM), Medical Records, Transcription, Clinical Documentation Improvement Education and Coding Operations.
