About Angela Thompson

During my 6 years of self employment I built up a diverse customer base. Regularly meeting, sales and collection targets. Plus the experience in good business and time management.I am capable when dealing with money and figures and am extremely hard working, diligent and have a positive attitude to self development and assessment. I have recently finished and passed my level 2 IT. I was also assessed for level 2 maths, and English but the results put me at mainly A level. Currently I am a volunteer Gateway Assessor at the Citizens Advice Bureau and work there 2-3 days a week. This is a very varied and demanding role, but has helped me improve my communication skills, also my ability to write accurate reports. Willing to take on new challenges. Open and approachable. Showing initiative and problem solving. Organised and hardworking. Excellent timekeeping and take pride in my work. Respect for views, values and cultures different to my own.
