I have a huge passion for helping others with mindset, confidence, business & personal goals. I’m a Mam, a Wife, a Mar Mar to 3 Granddaughters & a Doggy Mam to two Romanian Rescues. A massive advocate of living life to the full, I love nothing better than being out of my comfort zone, I mean its where the magic happens. I’ve circumnavigated our beautiful globe, literally. I can often be found outside appreciating everything Mother Nature has gifted us, be that the sea, the mountains, the lakes, the sky. From my travels, seeing just what impact litter is having on the world globally, I founded The Litter and Laugh Walk which went on to win ‘Best of South Tyneside’ awards in the Greener Category. This community walking group aims to bring like-minded people together on a regular basis to combat the ever-growing problem of plastic/litter pollution which ends up in our seas putting our marine family at risk. The Litter and laugh Walks are a great platform in which to help our community whilst educating on the importance of recycle, reusing & reducing. Traveling & exploring in my spare time brings all my passions together, meeting new people, understanding different cultures, skiing, scuba diving, tasty food oh and the odd cocktail or two!
