About Angela Tseng

With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a seasoned and certified professional in the commercial property and casualty division. As Vice President of Strategy & Operations at New Century Insurance Services, I leverage my deep knowledge of policy forms and coverages, as well as my strong communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with external and internal stakeholders, deliver optimal solutions, and advocate for my clients' best interests. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am driven by the desire to shape the future of the insurance industry by nurturing and mentoring the younger generation. I serve as the President of the Board of Directors at IBA-BGP, the local chapter of the nation's largest regional trade association representing insurance brokers and agents in the West. I strongly believe in the power of mentorship and take great pleasure in guiding aspiring insurance professionals, sharing my expertise, and helping them thrive in this dynamic field. In my spare time you can find me on the soccer field with my two boys, possibly yell-cheering even though I'm not the coach
