About Angela Wang

As a CFO at Eatery Essentials Inc. I helped my company to get the approval of Freeport Inventory Exemption, this is the first time got the property tax exemption since the company was incorporated. Previously, I worked at APEX TOOL GROUP as a Finance Controller, in charge of the F&A department for both two legal entities in Taiwan and India (ATG Finance, APAC). As a CFO at Karma Medical Products Ltd, a multi-national company, mainly working experiences are focused on the manufacturing industry, but the current service company (Karma Assistive Device) is not only on manufacturing but also involved the global marketing channel sales and brand management. In October 2019, I helped the company to get the RD Tax Credit which has never been passed for the past years. My previous experience was working at a Joint Venture company (Acushnet Ltd.) in which the shareholder is a listed US company (Acushnet Holdings Corp.) with 40% holding. I am experienced in general accounting practice and the SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance regulations for US-listed companies. With more than twenty years of practical industry experience in the finance and accounting area, deal with all processes involved in manufacturing from cost review/control, and component/ material purchasing, to material and finished goods inventory for manufacturing companies. Well-versed in all details and blue-print practices, from policy, and procedure review to inter-department integration. Always applied logical, systematic, and organized thinking in daily operation and management. Established good process control, conducted financial analysis, and fund management, and proposed solutions that met business goals. In addition, I have a soft management skills and a determined personality. In managing manufacturing costs, a strong advocate of promoting the formulation and policy review of cost accounting management, cost analysis, and cost control as the basis for reducing manufacturing costs and enhancing product competitiveness. In management, applied logical, systematic, and organized thinking and analysis in daily operation and management decisions, established process control, conducted financial analysis, provided fund management and proposed solutions that met various business needs and challenges.
