On a day to day basis, I am directing and engaging with broad, key internal and external partners, agencies and suppliers, building, enabling, best practice delivery, driving projects to success and training best practice, across our customers, people and operations. People enjoy working with me because of my unique ability to bring process and alignment to deliver and activate business strategy. I am always building world-class customer experiences and processes, training and enabling improved capability for growth - be it with the individual, the team or the organisation. I have enjoyed a career to date working with world class global companies that I am aligned with, such as Salesforce who are doing good, while doing well and living the values of Trust, Customer Success, Innovation and Equality. In our new world, we can work from anywhere, connect with audiences around the world and succeed in new ways only made possible with technology. Events and Experiences have gone all digital, with virtual and hybrid experiences now normal. By working with unique individuals bringing together the world of events and TV production, we have bridged the gap and allowed people to connect with their peers, learn more on personal and professional levels whilst keeping them engaged and up to date. Spearheading Asia Pacific Virtual Events for Salesforce since March 2020, I have led, tested, developed and implemented a number of key virtual platforms. Along with training and skilling Marketing, Sales, and Solution Engineering teams on how to deliver engaging presentations, how to make the most of virtual platforms and ensuring our platform works and is easy to use for our audiences. We have now transitioned to Hybrid events, with complex, multi delivery platforms, the new way we deliver content and connect audiences has evolved again. As part of an innovative team and by choosing the right strategy and suppliers for your organisation events will again become a key marketing tactic and competitive advantage.
