As a licensed massage therapist, I have an extensive amount of knowledge about the human body and how the body works.Before becoming a LMT, I worked in healthcare as a caregiver in hospitals and homehealth settings.Being able to help people has always been my passion.My expertise is in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage.I have given over a thousand massages and I have massaged people with various conditions.I have found out that pain in the body affects everyone at some point in their life. Massage Therapy offers several benefits for instance, to promote better health, to help alleviate pain and prevent life altering situations, which can affect us mentally as well as physically.Meanwhile, Massage Therapy allows me to utilize my knowledge and skills on the soft tissues of the muscles to promote better health.
