At the intersection of academia and military medicine I lead a team that is reshaping the landscape of leadership development. With a PhD in Medical Psychology, my journey has evolved from Medical Service Corps Officer, to US Army Research Psychologist, to an Associate Professor role where mentoring and leadership coaching have become my staple competencies. My team emphasizes the use of practical tools to develop leaders that are grounded in theories of social and organizational psychological blended with insights from rigorous leadership scholarship and informed by real-world applications.
