About Angeles Martinez

I originally worked in the medical field for over four years, and enjoyed every minute of it. Then I went back to school to get my Bachelors in Computer Information Systems. From there I have worked very hard each day to get the best hands on experience and knowledge our informational technology department has to offer. I always go above and beyond to give 110% of my service and dedication to our department and to the people I meet. I have gained immense knowledge and experience anywhere from Active Directory to Server System Management. Have a strong background and passion in coding/programming languages such as Python, HTML, C#, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Django, ASP.Net and more. Experience with SQL, MySQL and other Structured Query Language programs. I also have experience in PC, laptop, TC, printer troubleshooting whether, if it’s a hardware or software issue. Creating base images for PC’s and laptops with Windows 10 OS. Pushing out upgrades or application installs with batch scripts. Knowledge with Cisco Call Manager such as configuring phone profiles, agent profiles, ATA configuration, wireless Cisco phone setups, voicemails profile creation and more. I’m looking to continue working on the backend of system support and management within healthcare organizations. To improve provider work flows in order for them to keep supporting and helping those patients in need of medical care and compassion.
