I believe leadership is all about service, understanding stakeholders, and being a light to others. I’m excited to bring that philosophy into my next chapter. Currently four classes away from completing my MBA at Bethel University, I’m seeking a healthcare leadership role where I can champion trust-centered teams and improve outcomes through strategic, values-based decision-making. With five years of nursing experience at Mayo Clinic, UNC-REX, and Fairview Health Services, I bring compassion, resilience, and a deep understanding of patient-centered care into every leadership opportunity. Clifton StrengthsFinder has highlighted my top strengths as Individualization, Strategic, Disciplined, Arranger, and Activator. Outside the hospital, I’m the founder of Angelika Gale—a medical apparel brand that donates $1 per purchase to Make-A-Wish and empowers patients and caregivers through creative design. This entrepreneurial journey has sharpened my skills in operations, marketing, and building community—all of which I carry into healthcare leadership. Born and raised in the Carolinas, I’ve gained diverse experiences across the U.S—from interning in Huntington Beach, CA, taking classes at SCAD in Savannah, GA to working in Hilton Head, SC; Wilmington, DE; Charlotte, NC; & Raleigh, NC—before moving to Minnesota over four years ago. I’ve also volunteered abroad and traveled to over 15 countries, bringing a rich, culturally intelligent perspective and global mindset to every team and organization I’m part of.
