I am burning for diversity and international understanding and want to contribute to a culture of eye level, in which we all treat one another with respect, openness, and empathy. Many (culture-specific) conflicts occur because we do not really know each other, the way we think, feel and communicate, our beliefs and value systems. Being irritated not knowing how to handle the (cultural) differences we feel uncertain and stuck in stereotypical thinking. Intercultural/ Diversity Training can help bridge that gap by increasing the awareness for one's own (cultural) programming while gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation of other (cultural) preferences. After completing the training you will be able to communicate in a much more conscious way and handle differences with more ease and confidence. Teamwork will improve and negotiations get much easier!
