I'm an experienced manager, determined and ambitious, with passion for leading by example the team to reach the business targets, coaching people for growth and excellence. As a Business Segment Manager, I've Profit and loss responsibility for the Process Automation product portfolio. I'm leading Portfolio Management, Business Development, Proposals and System Support functions, being a manager of 4 team managers, with a comprehensive number of 25 resources. Two traits that distinguish myself are empathy and resilience. I have a strong customer orientation, focusing on innovations and definition of effective go to market strategies, workforce development with IT skills for Digital solutions. I’m leading the Digital Industries Cybersecurity cross BUs program, with the purpose to define an aligned Go to Market of Verticals and BUs in the region, to meet market expectations and scale our opportunities, by defining new sales strategies with the headquarter Implementation Team. I'm focusing on a specific account approach by selecting target end customers, with development of C Level customers relationship: CIO, CISO and OT Manager. Currently, I’m taking part to the strategic Digital Industries Cybersecurity collaboration with Leonardo, with the purpose of developing an integrated offer of advanced Cybersecurity solutions and services for Digital Enterprise, creating further value for the industrial customers. Further, I’m developing strategic Industrial 5G collaborations, aimed to integrate core devices with solutions and offering of private licenses owned by Italian telco providers to industrial customers. Development of test before invest and PoC offering together with Industry 4.0 Italian Competence Centers.
