About Angelo Cofone

My goal is to foster the digital innovation through a pragmatic and result-driven approach, enabling complex organizations to achieve competitive advantages over the long run, looking at the business strategy as a lighthouse along the digital transformation journey. Based at ENGIE Group HQ in Paris, I'm a delivery manager of the Global Enterprise Transformation Program currently ongoing. At ENGIE Italy I was the IT Governance Director, covering the overall IT & Digital Strategy and all cross capabilities, such as Performance, Sourcing, Enterprise Architecture, Integration, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Data & Analytics, Automation and the Cloud Transformation. Previously, I was the Head of Demand, Delivery, Operations for all Core Business Applications: 5 Business Lines, more than 55 application solutions, 35 people managed at two offices (Milan and Rome). Before joining ENGIE, I was a Senior Manager at Accenture with 15 years experience in business & system integration, from PM to E2E delivery, BPRs and IT strategy in the Energy/Utilities industry covering Sales, Customer Management and Field Services domains, performing in Italy and abroad for main leading players of the energy market.
