Background
About Angelo Coli
I was born in Genoa in 1989. After graduating from high school I moved to London to attend a Production Management Diploma Course at the National Film and Television School (NFTS). There I received a thorough education in Film Production, which reinforced my passion towards the visual elements of film-making. In 2010 I secured an internship at Panalight Rental (Panavision agent) in Milan, while working on set as camera assistant. At the same time I managed to complete a BA in History of Art at the University of Genoa (2016). Since 2015 I have been working as Director of Photography, mainly on TV and web commercials for brands like Ferrero, Samsung Italia, Costa Crociere, Mulino Bianco, Coop, Amaro Montenegro and Kelogg’s among others. My interest for image composition and light also led me to develop knowledge and skills in 3d rendering software which I use for both artistic and work related project such as architectural rendering other than pre vis before the shoot.
