About Angelo Curcic

I am a qualified Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience in Contract Management of Capital Works, Asphalt Pavement and Infrastructure Maintenance Projects. My skills include Business Unit Management, leading and managing teams to produce and deliver high quality infrastructure projects from concept to construction. During my role at Citywide as Business Unit Manager for the City of Melbourne D&C infrastructure contract, I successfully managed a $30M annual capital works and maintenance program. As part of the leadership team I was responsible for the safety, risk, quality (OH & S) and financial management of over 40 employees and numerous subcontractors involved in infrastructure maintenance and construction throughout the busy municipality. My experience encompasses project management, business development, P&L reporting, estimating, tender bid submissions, planning, Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Board Reports, leadership and training. Throughout my career I have gained extensive experience in local government policies and procedures including asset management, stakeholder management and contract management of profiling, asphalt and infrastructure works. I have excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and am highly organised, able to handle multiple tasks and also meet fast-paced workloads, deadlines and budgets.
