Background

About Angelo Devencenty

I recently led a complex, four-part demerger project in preparation for a successful private equity acquisition, partnering closely with all business units, third-party legal counsel, and the PE deal team to deliver the pre-close demerger on time. As a strategic thinker with deep expertise in the North American steel industry, I strive to drive organizations towards greater sustainability, diversity, and collaboration—unlocking new levels of business growth and success. My leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that organizations should do more than generate profits: they must define and act on their “why” to effect meaningful, positive change. I champion collaboration and engagement at every level, empowering teams to become more than the sum of their parts. With extensive experience hiring and developing large, diverse, multinational teams, I provide support, agency, and opportunity to fundamentally transform organizational cultures. I am passionate about driving improvement from the ground up, prioritizing feedback and initiatives from frontline employees—those closest to the product—to achieve lasting results.
