At Eide Bailly my role as a T2 Support Engineer revolves around ensuring diligent support for hardware related issues for the great lakes region as the singular designated local ITs EUC administrator. This is done while utilizing ServiceNow to ensure user tickets are resolved within the SLA allotted time to provide the best service possible. I am proficient in incident response, risk management, information security, malware analysis, and insider threat detection. My expertise includes mitigating social engineering attacks, performing an advanced incident response/analysis on IOCs, and reviewing reported phishing emails to protect my organization from all threats. Additionally, I have experience in imaging and maintaining endpoint laptops at a user level, this knowledge reinforces my security prowess, since users are the first line of defense, security awareness is critical. At Eide Bailly, I provide a collaborative spirit and proactive problem-solving approach, dedicated to creating a secure, efficient, and positive work environment. Additionally, I have experience working with Delinea Connection Manager & Secret Server, LogMeIn, and Microsoft’s Defender suite of cybersecurity tools. I am also proficient with industry-standard frameworks such as CIS, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, Cobit, SOX, GDPR, GLBA and MITRE ATT & CK.
