As a technical consultant at Lyst Technologies, I provide expert guidance and advice to clients on technical matters related to banking software solutions. I work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges and recommend solutions that meet their requirements. Through this role, I have gained expertise in core banking systems and mobile banking, as well as developed strong problem-solving and communication skills. I have also contributed to creating dynamic business reports for customers using data from our app, which provide insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and other metrics. In addition, I have a bachelor's degree in computer science from Arab Open University - Lebanon, where I studied network and security topics and obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) certification. I also have experience as a frontend developer, where I created the visual elements of our mobile banking app, such as the user interface, the navigation, and the overall design. I have a keen interest in user experience (UX) and how to improve it for our customers. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a technical consultant and to leverage my skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality banking software solutions that satisfy our clients and enhance our reputation.
