About Angelo Giuseppe Candido

I have gained considerable experience in human resources management, covering a wide range of aspects: employment law, collective bargaining, industrial relations, contractual welfare, training and development. I have been involved in the negotiation of numerous national collective agreements, developing negotiation skills, stress management and results orientation. I helped set up and launch one of the largest supplementary healthcare funds in Italy. The management of labour relations aspects has allowed me to develop a comprehensive view of all legal aspects, an excellent ability to critically evaluate contracts, documents and opinions, and a strong problem-solving ability. As a member of the evaluation committees of interprofessional training funds, I have been involved in aspects related to the design, implementation and measurement of the effectiveness of training interventions. My strengths lie in my in-depth knowledge of human capital management issues combined with my experience in industrial relations, negotiation and stakeholder engagement and lobbying. I have a strong focus on results, decision making, flexibility, interpersonal skills and a willingness to take on new challenges with enthusiasm. I am passionate about my work and always strive to improve. I am a lifelong learner and have a keen interest in new approaches and ways of supporting the growth of people and organisations.
