I am a Senior Manager, highly experienced in creating commercial strategies to improve selling performances and in supporting all process of M&A, from due diligence to integration. Passionate about guiding sales teams and working with sales personnel, I want to offer my experience as a Consultant or Executive for medium and large-sized sales network development projects. With an in-depth knowledge of the Italian Market, I am available to work for International Companies and/or Private Equity Funds that want to increase their own business in Italy or find new opportunities for partnership or acquisitions of Italian companies. With a background firmly rooted in the Food and Beverage and FMCG sectors, both Producers and Dealers, I have successfully led organisational transformations of sales structures, where I have been successful in both retaining and integrating entrepreneurial and managerial resources and skills. I have collaborated with leading companies in both the industrial and distribution sectors, including Partesa-Heineken, Metro/Makro, and Rovagnati. I am able to develop winning strategic plans, implement effective control systems, and manage successful projects. I am also committed to supporting the growth and development of managers through mentoring and training. With many years’ experiences in Sell-in and Sell-out policies, pricing policies, trade marketing activities, payment management, and from delivery service to after-sales and customer experience, I am now keen to further extend these boundaries and to add further to my already extensive experience.
