My working career started in the Banking industry where a high level of customer service, confidentiality, attention to detail and accuracy is required. I continue to apply these attributes to any duty assigned to me and strive to maintain a high degree of professionalism, maturity and loyalty. The different roles I have fulfilled in the banking sector ranges from Teller, IT Administrator, Contact Centre Consultant, mandate holder, Business Support Officer, Team leader: Risk consultants and currently Premium Acquisition Banker. My current role requires me to be able to communicate effectively at all levels, build and maintain relationships with internal as well as external clients. I work well under pressure, able to multi-task and adapt well as being to any environment. My meticulous nature ensures that the deliverables required are met timeously and professionally. I work well in a team and also have the ability to work independently. I am proficient in the MS Office Suite, Share point, Email, Salesforce, ASP and the Internet. Personal development is also an important priority as I strive to maintain and create opportunities for work by setting goals and objectives.
