About Angelo Mauldin

I’m an especially hard worker. I try to put my best foot forward in any endeavor when I’m not diligently working; I’m practicing new ways to expand my resume and general knowledge in the fields I work in. I’ve been in two very well-known workforce training programs that have shaped me to become the professional that sits before you. Hard work and training is nothing without concrete results. I’ve seen all my hard work and opportunities turn into success and progress towards my future, but that doesn’t mean I’m done or that I have reached a point where I’m comfortable because to be comfortable is to be complacent. I’m nowhere near ready to stop striving and achieving. When I’m not working, I try to spend my time looking for new opportunities around me for me to take on leadership roles in my community; for example, I’ve been a part of a youth mentoring program for more than four years. As a result, I’ve been able to progress and reach out to several youths around Chicago, which eventually led to me gaining a promotion within the program that made it easier for me to increase my network and people skills. I take every opportunity and make the most of it, no matter how large or small.
