My role is focused on enhancing the understanding of product development and the challenges HCPs face in patient care. I collaborate with key internal stakeholders to create and implement dynamic, data-driven territory plans tailored to the product's lifecycle and therapeutic area. I am committed to staying at the forefront of scientific knowledge, regularly reviewing the latest literature, participating in congresses and conferences, and gathering competitive intelligence to maintain expert status in my field. In my role, I actively contribute to internal training and communication initiatives with cross-functional teams, including medical, brand, and territory managers. I also participate in HCP advisory board meetings to gather insights and foster knowledge exchange. Key responsibilities include: Scientific Expertise & Insight Gathering: Sharing knowledge, profiling key opinion leaders (KOLs), gathering insights, and providing education both internally and externally. Clinical Collaboration: Assisting the medical affairs team in identifying investigators and research projects, supporting investigator-sponsored trials, study site selection, and recruitment strategies. Strategic Territory Planning: Partnering with stakeholders to develop and execute territory plans aligned with product development and therapeutic goals. By combining clinical expertise, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of therapeutic areas, I help drive the success of product life cycles while supporting patient outcomes and healthcare innovation.
