I am a Manager with twenty years of experience in the governance of Information Systems, the management of IT projects and the implementation of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI). Over the last two decades, I also developed strong competencies in Change Management and Business Process Reengineering. I take a result-oriented and business-focused approach in my work. I understand the potential for business innovation stemming from the application of emerging technologies, architectures, platforms and IT services. I am particularly knowledgeable about the integration of information technology with business strategy, business models and business processes designed to achieve organizational synergy and competitive advantage. I have grown professionally in the IT practice of both consulting firms and corporations. I have held various managerial and consultancy roles, gaining experience in national and international operations, through assignments such as: Information Systems Manager, Senior Project Manager & Management Consultant, Quality Management System Manager (QMS), Project Office Manager (PMO), Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence Solution Architect. In 2009 I decided to pursue the next chapter of my career and personal development by opening my own IT advisory and consultancy practice.
